Who we are

Summit Results LLC operates summitresultsagency.com and provides website and AI receptionist services to businesses. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Summit Results LLC, and "you" means anyone using this website or our services.

Information you give us

When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and anything you write in the message field.

When you request a demo call, we collect the phone number you enter so that our system can call it. We use that number to place the demo call and to follow up with you about our services. We do not sell it, rent it, or add it to any third party marketing list.

If you become a client, we collect the business information needed to deliver the service, such as your services, hours, service area, pricing, and calendar access.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools record standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and time of visit. This is used to understand how the site is performing and to keep it secure.

We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site function and analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

Call recordings and transcripts

Our AI receptionist service records and transcribes calls in order to provide the service: capturing caller details, booking appointments, and giving our clients a summary of what was discussed.

Recording laws vary by state, and some states require all parties to consent. Where required, calls include a notice that the call is recorded. If you are a client using our service, you are responsible for making sure recording is configured in line with the law where you and your callers are located, and we will help you configure it correctly.

Call data is retained only as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal obligations, and is deleted on request where we are not required to keep it.

How we use your information

We use it to respond to your enquiry, place a demo call you requested, deliver and support our services, send service related messages, bill you if you are a client, improve the service, and comply with the law. That is the complete list.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not add people who requested a demo to unrelated marketing lists.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers we need in order to operate: hosting and infrastructure providers, our voice and telephony provider, our CRM, our payment processor, and our email provider. Each of these only receives what they need to perform their function, and each is bound by their own confidentiality obligations.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your enquiry or your service. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ace@summitresultsagency.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honour those rights regardless of where you are located, because it is simpler and fairer than doing it only where we are forced to.

Security

We use industry standard measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you promptly.

Children

This site and our services are for businesses. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant and you are a client, we will tell you directly rather than expecting you to notice.
